Americans Will Not Wait Three More Years

Take a look at these outbursts by Democrats Mort Zuckerman and Michael Goodwin. These are New York media people, torch-bearers for Obama in 2008. They have turned on him, big time. And the terms they use speak ‘fraud’ in every way possible short of using the actual word. This is very significant, and portends where the revolt against the Obama administration is heading. We think it will culminate in Obama’s resignation long before 2012, and perhaps as early as the next six months.

Conventional wisdom is holding on to the fallacy that Obama is ‘guaranteed’ four years, and Americans’ only choice is to hope that he will get the message of Americans’ hostility to his radical leftist agenda. Under this wisdom, we are given the grand assurances that the nation has survived worse, and will survive Obama; that these are the ebbs and flows of political sentiment, and the American Constitution will steer the country through yet another storm of politicians who are not equal to the greatness of America’s founders.

Conventional wisdom is far too superficial. America has never before been deliberately defrauded by a candidate for President. After-the-fact analysis that tries to paint a Nixon as comparable just does not grasp the significance of what has taken place with Obama. And the Obama administration’s apparent decision to stick with its agenda in the face of election results in Virginia, New Jersey and Massachusetts which are screaming “STOP!” will only sharpen every American’s grasp of Obama’s fraud in the campaign of 2008. The result is a right and righteous fury that is growing every day.

As an aside that you won’t read elsewhere, about the only thing still holding Americans back from more open revolt is the completion of the NFL’s season. We can hear the chortling from the intellectual left, but the intellectual left doesn’t understand America and never will. Americans have an essentially patriotic bond with the sport of football; they have clung to it over the past several months as an oasis of normalcy amid a national government that has gone crazy; and they aren’t about to let the fools in Washington deprive them of their enjoyment. But once the Super Bowl is over on February 7, the national mood and attitude toward Obama is going to turn deeply and much more visibly negative.

Americans have had it with the lies, backroom dealings and payoffs; they have had it with a media that shills for lies and liars; they are fed up with being characterized as racist for standing up for their love of country and of freedom; they are out of patience with morally vacuous elites of all kinds who are forever telling them in various ways to give up their faith in God and give up the core feeling in their hearts that is love for American exceptionalism. They are sick of financially illiterate and irresponsible politicians who cannot or will not see the common sense parallel between the need to manage the family budget and the need to manage the nation’s budget. They are outraged by an administration that coddles terrorists; that cannot or will not acknowledge the menace of Islam toward America; that will not step up to aggressively support and defend this Judeo-Christian nation.

For all their fury, Americans as a whole don’t subscribe to personal malice toward Obama. They increasingly see him as a product of the dysfunctional godless intellectual left, unable to turn his governing philosophy in any other direction because he’s never been taught that there is another direction. Obama has no experience managing anything; he doesn’t know the first thing about firing anyone or shaking up an advisory staff because he’s never done it. Marxist agitation is all he knows, but unfortunately it leads to nothing other than more Marxist agitation.

But what pollsters and pundits don’t understand is that an absence of personal malice toward Obama does not indicate an absence of resolute determination to say ‘enough is enough’. Americans have clearly reached this point, and there will be no turning back. The lies have gone too far; the manipulation is too obvious. The fraud has been exposed, and there is only one satisfactory remedy for fraud—and that is to reverse it.

The words “Obama” and “resignation” are going to start popping up in the same sentence—in the blogosphere, on talk radio, in cable media and in some print media. And this theme will gain momentum until it can’t be resisted. The man blatantly lied to this country, and that’s not tolerated. And the lies are so broad, deep and contrary to the America of the founding that a wait for election cycles to clean up the mess won’t do.

Coming soon—some sane Democrats will decide they love their country more than they fear Obama, and they will tell him what the American people have already decided: you need to resign. He may spout and fume and rage at the suggestion but he’ll soon learn: no one is afraid or impressed anymore. Better to get out and start the search for redemption than to continue this travesty.
