Good Will Not Collapse
To listen to the Pravda media and the experts and the pundits, one would think Americans have nothing they can do but sit by and watch the disintegration and collapse of everything in their society that represents good—of the entire structure of freedom, faith, family, law and order. To listen to some expound on the evil genius of George Soros, one might think he truly has the power to play the people of the world for fools; to dismantle the founding of Judeo-Christian America with a deliberate plan to bankrupt the country and send the people into the streets to act as the base animals he thinks they are.
Well, we’ve written before that
financial collapse is not inevitable.
But this time, we’ll take up two false assumptions embedded in the thinking of the doomsayers and of those who fear George Soros. A core struggle of this era is to reawaken humanity’s recognition of the falsity of these assumptions.
The first false assumption is that good can collapse. It can’t. Good is not a material thing; it is the manifestation of spiritual qualities of character—of honesty, integrity, decency, determination, perseverance, patience, love, compassion, forgiveness, wisdom, etc. Good, in many languages, is another name for God. So no matter what institutions or pieces of paper prove to be worthless in times of financial stress, the real building blocks of good are still present within us; they are still ready when called upon to create stability and progress in society. We just have to insist on living those qualities ourselves, and demanding that they be seen among our friends and neighbors.
As homespun or irrelevant as all of this may seem in relation to what is portrayed as the complexity of the global economy and of macroeconomic indicators and metrics of various kinds, it is in fact supremely relevant. Life is not going to end. Through financial distress, disease, famine, fire, earthquakes, wars and everything else, life goes on. If governments default on their debt, life will go on. If the unemployment rate reaches 25%, life will go on. If Iran or North Korea detonates a nuclear weapon anywhere, life will go on. So the question really is—even if all these things were to happen, how do we reestablish a sense of order, and of the stability and presence of good?
As and when the American people and their leaders return to an honoring and living of those eternally present spiritual qualities of character, the answers will unfold and recovery will follow. And there’s no limit to how fast recovery can occur; it really just requires a change of thought on the part of enough people.
The second false assumption is that humankind is no better than the animals; that there is nothing in us or about us that inspires or lifts us beyond the basic instincts to survive, eat, procreate, attack or defend. This assumption, though rarely overtly acknowledged, is the core leftist’ perception of humanity—the necessary outcome of a godless worldview. The Soros’s of the world identify themselves as above the masses by reason of DNA or chance or guile, but view the rest of humanity as hopeless and ignorant, and in great need of control and direction by humanity’s superiors.
We’ve said it many times and in many ways, but this second false assumption was blown up by the American Declaration of Independence. The view of man as God-created, as equal and deserving of dignity, as endowed with inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness—these ideas just cannot be reconciled with the godless, elitist view of humanity. And here’s the critically important point: only one view of man is true, and every other view is false.
The
spirit of the Declaration
is true; the worldview of the leftist is false. The heart of humanity knows the truth; that’s why powerful awakening occurs when people start to sense that the truth is being denied or attacked. Americans know when their government is straying from the spirit of the Declaration. They feel it; they dislike it; they rise up against it. And truth is an unbeatable power on their behalf. Not even 435 George Soros wannabes in Congress are ever going to be able to change truth or defeat it.
As experts continue to pile on with forecasts of economic collapse and various other doom and gloom and chaos and anarchy, the words of Martin Luther come to mind: “Here I stand. I can do no otherwise; so help me God.” The founding fathers of America would readily identify with and share the humble sentiment of Martin Luther, and every generation of Americans thereafter includes a huge segment that feels the same way. This segment is coming to the fore again in our era, and its ranks are swelling every day.
These are the Americans who know that truth is truth and does not change; that good does not and cannot collapse; that whatever shackles the godless left tries to impose on America, those shackles can be thrown off, and the natural good that is America can be restored. Throwing off those shackles may take a lot of work and prayer, and may involve defeats and setbacks as well as triumphs along the way. But there is no question whether truth or lies will win. Truth is always the winner, and good will not collapse.
The Obama government will collapse.
