Arizona Ruling – The Second Civil War Escalates

We wrote last March that the Senate vote imposing nationalized healthcare on the American people against their will was the Fort Sumter shot that started the second American Civil War.

The ruling by Arizona federal district court Judge Susan Bolton imposing a temporary stay on the Arizona immigration law will mark a major battlefield of the ongoing war. On the surface, the initial ruling appears to be a victory for the radical leftist Obama administration, but like every other surface appearance reported by the Pravda media, it is not capturing the truth. The truth is that the American people are witnessing more vividly and irrefutably than ever before exactly what this administration is all about and what an activist judiciary looks like, and they despise them.

They have every right to feel the way they do; and their anger is a good thing.

Forget the ruling class’ determination to frame the rules of proper debate over what is going on in Arizona. They want to frame it as a battle for who is the highest of high-minded on the subject of what is or is not racism, because they believe there is a group of human beings known as Hispanics who can be counted on to vote for the politicians who shout ‘racism’ loudest. (What an insult to Hispanics—see “Hispanics are Not Lazy, Lawless or Stupid”).

But meanwhile, back in the world inhabited by real people, there is an out of control border of an American state; there is organized crime and a real threat of terrorist infiltration; and there is a federal government sworn to protect the citizens that will not do its job. It manifestly is not a race problem; it is a lawlessness problem. And so Americans in Arizona, acting through their elected representatives, sought to use the American concept of government by the consent of the governed to protect themselves. But now, government by unelected judicial fiat says it is illegal for the citizens of Arizona to vote to protect themselves, and they must endure the violence and lawlessness because I, the judge, believe they are racist.

This is moral insanity, and it is incendiary. The next, all-too-predictable babble of the high-minded ruling class will be to pat the masses on the head and emphasize the importance of respecting the court’s decision. The ruling class will talk to each other and convince each other that they have achieved a great victory and the ignorant masses will sit tight in their subservient places with due reverence for the almighty judge.

Talk about delusional. Whatever anger there was in Arizona and the rest of the country over the Obama/Holder race-baiting tactics, it’s just gone through the roof.

Law is not and has never been what judges say it is with pieces of paper, and even judges backed by the barrel of a gun do not actually possess the authority of law. Unless and until judges are acting safely within the spirit of truth, they have only the most temporary and fleeting form of authority.

The action of the judge in Arizona is wildly far afield of truth; she has effectively made racism the issue when it is not. Her ruling gives the middle finger to the citizens of Arizona and the duly elected legislators of Arizona who are acting legitimately to try to protect themselves and their fellow citizens. Her ruling will not stand. It will be overturned, either by an appellate court, the US Supreme Court or the highest court of ‘we the people’. But it will be overturned.

America’s Second Civil War is ongoing, but it is not about race; it’s about the American people overthrowing a godless, elitist ruling class. The American people are going to win.
